Weekly wrap-up #1

Well … I successfully completed the first week of my challenge. Check out my brief summary and follow up to my first 5 pins below.

Banana Oat Greek Yogurt Muffins — these turned out light and deliciously chocolatey. They were a definite hit in our house as the dozen only lasted 2 days!!

DIY Scrabble Tile Coaster — although these were frustrating to put together, mostly due to limited letter tiles, they turned out amazing. I think I have gotten the most comments about these, and anyone who has come over and seen them laying around has been shocked I made them. A great craft … And potential Christmas gifts.

Honey Lime Tilapia — Great recipe for now or a later, toss in the freezer, meal. Excellent flavour, quick and simple. Received lots of comments from readers about trying this one out themselves, which is great news.

Pumpkin & Peanut Butter Dog Biscuits — despite not having all the right equipment to make these I made do, and they turned out doggie-rific. This is a wonderful alternative to buying doggie treats. Puppy approved.

Slow Cooker Cilantro Lime Chicken — always a recipe I know I can depend on. This 5 ingredient slow cooker recipe is a breeze and super delicious! Throw it in and 6 hours later tasty Mexican inspired dinner. It also makes great leftovers!!

Went out today with my list and purchase (almost) everything I’ll need for this week.  Stay tuned for some more delicious foods and (hopefully) fantabulous crafts!
